What started out as a somewhat formful card on Wednesday at Del Mar, which featured a pick six carryover of $239,490, ended with two huge longshots that led to the fourth highest pick six payoff in the San Diego-area track's history. There was one ticket that had all six winners, and that $3,024 ticket was worth $1,109,920 (plus 20 consolations with five winners, adding $87,720, for a grand total of $1,197,640).

Where will US gambling dollars go with most not taking chances with online books?

July 26, 2011 by topgame85
Game is dying regardless of what many say or want to believe, at least on the mainstream post up level. Only guys who will be willing to continue to jump through hoops are smart guys making big $ or the absolute biggest degens who are just too set in offshore sports books to move on. The books that do, if any can, survive the next year will probably find that they are not making enough money to make the risk worth it. The mainstream "fish" will be out of the water. So where do all those dollars go?

SAN FRANCISCO -- The San Francisco Superior Court announced Monday that it's laying off more than 40 percent of its staff and shuttering 25 courtrooms because of budget cuts.
Presiding Judge Katherine Feinstein said the actions were necessary to close a $13.75 million budget deficit caused by state budget cuts. She said the cuts mean it will take many more hours to pay a traffic ticket in person, up to 18 months... More...

Ron Paul retiring from Congress

July 12, 2011 by topgame85
To focus on white house run, sad day for liberty as he unfortunately has no chance at president.

Texas Republican Rep. Ron Paul made a surprise announcement Tuesday that he will not seek re-election to Congress, spelling an end to a nearly 24-year House career amid his third run for president.

"I felt it was better that I concentrate on one election," Paul, 75, told The Facts. "It's about that time when I should change tactics."
Paul, who remains significantly behind in many current national polls, first ran for president as a Libertarian in 1988, and... More...

Example, you are nerdy look like a bum and can't talk to a women but somehow you pull her over to the corner and show her your rooster and it is either big or clean shaven and has no veins and all of a sudden the women can't resist sleeping with you and wants more?

Because he is Jewish, Scheyer is eligible to become an Israeli and not count against a league cap on foreign players. He is expected to take a leading role for the defending Israeli champion, which lost the title game of this year's European championship to Greece's Panathinaikos.

Fockin shit Corbin. Was this your idea? Just recieved an edible arrangement with chocolate covered strawberries and the whole 9. Is this poisoned Corbin or a bribe attempt? Gambling:Where you will always lose long term or an investment bought at a set price?

May 19, 2011 by topgame85
This seems to be the fundamental question in many, many disputes. The books, and apparently SBR, believe you can not ever have an edge that results in long term profits or else you are not entitled to payment. In reality any line or casino game offered by a sportsbook or casino that allows the player to win long term is "erroneous" as they are a biz in biz to make money off of players losing money and as such any ability for the player to continue winning is an error by someone in the book or casino. So in reality... More...

Offshore betting is getting worse and more worrisome, join the US horseplayer club

May 17, 2011 by topgame85
These offshore outfits are straight crooks, they want you to lose and go to great lengths to make sure you do. They smile in your face while they find ways to make you give up your cash and then the chance you win they make it as hard as possible to collect with delays and fees. We have a legal option in the US where they WANT YOU TO WIN! They take a percent out of the pools and every dollar you wager means they make more money, obviously the more you win the more likely you are to bet... More...
